Sale Term and Condition

 

All orders placed with Teiwa Corp. Japan constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on Teiwa Price List and all conditions listed below. All parts shall remain the property of Teiwa Corp. Japan until paid for in full. All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination of the order, certain shipping services may not be available. Teiwa Corp. Japan reserves the right to change the method of shipping suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s). All PayPal orders can only be shipped to a verified Billing Address. PayPal will not be shipped until all information are verified and matched. All other orders (Wired transfers) will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 5 calendar days. As a security precaution, all IP Addresses will be recorded for each completed web transaction.

A 40% RESTOCKING FEE will be assessed on all Returned Item(s), Refused Shipments, and Canceled Orders that have been processed or shipped. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. Returned items will only be accepted if the items are returned to Teiwa Corp., Japan within 7 Calendar days of the Invoice Date. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee that the order will be shipped by a certain date. An expedited shipping method only instructs TEIWA Corp., Japan to use that method of shipping when the order is processed and ready to ship.

In the event that our computer server/database encounters technical difficulties which causes problems with our product pricing, shipping calculations, TEIWA Corp., Japan will correct all discrepancies at the time of processing. Customers will be notified of any errors and will have the option to continue with the order with corrected totals or to cancel the order. TEIWA Corp., Japan will not be held responsible for any mis-calculated totals due to server errors.

 

All engine modification components, except those that are exempt, have been designed and are intended for off-highway application. These components are legal in Your Country for racing vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads and highways. Many countries laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. Further, all engine parts, headlight units, and electrical components are sold AS IS without any warranty and may not be returned. User assumes all cost and risks associated with these and other import items.

 

Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. TEIWA Corp., Japan must receive all Core Returns within 14 calendar days of the invoice date in order to receive a full credit refund. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns can be made. We will not accept any returns without this number. Please write the number clearly on the outside of your returning package and tag the item(s) inside with your name and R.A. Number. TEIWA Corp., Japan must receive the return within 7 calendar days after the R.A. Number has been issued. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. A refund, exchange, or core return will not be considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to TEIWA Corp., Japan. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer. A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact telephone number where we may be able to reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of all parts before installation.

 

Shortage claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. TEIWA Corp., Japan cannot initiate any claims with the carrier. All approved refunds will be paid either by PayPal, or Account Credit, to be determined by TEIWA Corp., Japan. A 25% handling fee will be assessed on all authorized returns. All special orders (personalized/specially fitted) items must be paid in full at the time of order. All special orders and custom orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible; however, TEIWA Corp., Japan will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items. Any refused shipments sent back to TEIWA Corp., Japan does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer’s responsibility to make all arrangements with TEIWA Corp., Japan for refused shipments. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 25% restocking fee on all products shipped.

Warranty 

No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse, negligence, or mishandling. All merchandise sold by TEIWA Corp., Japan is only subject to manufacturer’s warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. There is no warranty on lights, light bulbs, decals, electrical parts, and engine parts. Check your state and local laws regarding the use on any parts. In the event that legal proceedings are required to resolve disputes or indifferences, all claims and filings must be made with the Tokyo Municipal Court. TEIWA Corp., Japan’s Customers will acknowledge and agree to this stipulation once the transaction has been made with TEIWA Corp., Japan. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their records and warranty claims.

 

Tracking Orders

Deliveries will only be made to the shipment owner’s address and will not be shipped to others or third parties addresses. All items displayed are mostly carried in stock by respective manufacturers and in most cases will be shipped out within a few business days after the products have been delivered to our warehouse and re-packed for shipping. You will be promptly contacted by email if there is a problem with your order. All deliveries are subject to the policies and procedures of Teiwa Corp. Japan and are subject to change without prior written and/or oral notice. Once your order has placed with us, you will be given a confirmation via email from us. Please note that all tracking number will NOT be issued/advised until your order is delivered out from our warehouse.

 

Import/Custom Taxes

For different countries, there are different import taxes for automobile and automobile parts. However, in most countries, import taxes are charged based upon the total amount on our declared commercial/shipping invoices, With our exporting experiences, we are able to minimize your expenses for the total tax and shipping charges.

 

Back Order

If Teiwa Corp. Japan is unable to fill the entire or part of the order immediately, the balance of the order(s) will be placed as back order. Parts in stock will be sent immediately unless otherwise specified by the customer. All back orders will be automatically sent out upon their availability unless cancelled by customer. All cancellations prior to dispatching are subject to a 40% cancellation fee.

 

Damage Claims during Transit

All products are packed and shipped by using carrier-approved materials and methods. All products are carefully packed to prevent any damages during transits. However, damages may occur occasionally. Any damage during transit is the responsibility of the shipping company, therefore all damage claims must be made by the customer directly to the shipping company/agent. All products shipped by Teiwa Corp. Japan are insured. In case of damage, retain all boxes, cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandizes for the carrier for inspection. Customer is not allowed to refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities on the bill and have the deliverer sign it as verification. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of arrival (situation where the box is intact but the merchandise inside is damaged), then it must be reported to the shipping agent within 24 working hours upon receipt of the shipment. After inspecting on the damaged merchandise, the shipping company will determine whether to compensate the damaged merchandizes or to pay the repair costs. Compensation of the merchandize value is not negotiable. Repair cost is an arbitrary amount which can be negotiated with the carrier in the event of disagreement. All disputes as to the amount or manner should be addressed with the shipping company. Teiwa Corp. Japan under no circumstances shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the shipping company. However, if you need assistance for a claim, We would be happy to assist you in reaching an settlement with the shipping company. Any visible damage should be brought to the attention of the deliverer at sight. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Teiwa Corp. Japan cannot initiate any warranty claims with the shipping company. The initial claim must be made by the customer himself.

All responsibility and liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within electronic files of this website is also disclaimed.

 

Teiwa Corp., Japan is not responsible for any tariffs, taxes, and regulations that may exist in destination countries. Teiwa Corp., Japan is not responsible for shipping delays.

 

 

How much and how to pay?

Please fill out or form and include parts number and as much information as possible. All ordering accepted will be charged in Japanese Yen (JPY) only. 5% will be added to your total purchase amount for All PayPal payments. For wire transfer payment, please ensure we accept full amount without any deduction for extra hidden charges from your local Bank and/or ours. Our Bank will charge us JPY 3,250 for Handling Charge, Please add this amount to your total purchase amount when wiring money to us.

 

Wheels

Wheel Size and Offset Size

We do not suggest nor recommend wheel and offset sizes. To find the correct wheel size and Offset size please research thoroughly.

 

Stock and Availability

Please note that we do not stock any wheels on our own. Forwarding your order to manufacturers respectively will be the process for every order submitted to us. Hence, we do not guarantee 100% availability even with order submitted to us. We will, however, ensure the availability with manufacturer prior to accepting your order and will inform you as soon as possible.
